We Heard You – A New Billing Portal Is Coming!

After listening to community feedback, the city has been setting up a new portal for residents to view, pay and manage their utility bills.

The new portal, powered by InvoiceCloud, will be up and running Monday, Dec. 18, around mid-morning. Customers will be able to register new accounts, make payments and set up auto pay, as well as view current and previous bills.

Automatic Payments set up in the former portal will not be processed after Dec. 15, and the former portal will be taken offline. Late fees are not being applied for 90 days after launch, to help ease the transition.
