Southwest Transfer & Recycling Station
Snohomish County's Transfer Station in Mountlake Terrace is located at 21311 61st Place West and the Recycling Area is across the street from the main entrance. Notice: Facial coverings are required at all Snohomish County Solid Waste facilities. All customers, vendors, contractors and visitors are required to wear facial coverings. Customers refusing to wear a facial covering will be turned away.
Garbage Collection / Recycling Area Hours
7 Days a Week - 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Note: Recycling area is limited to residential customers only.
Holidays
This facility is closed on New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
To ensure adequate processing time, please be at the Transfer Station at least 30 minutes before closing time. Customers are responsible for unloading their own vehicles.
