Community and Economic Development is responsible for reviewing and issuing a wide array of Construction and Land Use Permits. They can range from simple same-day permits to complex development projects. Information regarding the building permit process is located here

Services include providing appropriate information for building permits, land use approvals and inspections for a range of development activities related to building and fire safety, civil construction and land use. Our Community and Economic Development department has staff from Planning, Building, Civil and Fire Prevention available to answer questions and guide you through the application process. 

Permit Staff Hours & Services
Monday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Building Official Hours 
Building Official is available at the counter Monday - Friday 8-9 a.m. or via email.

Planner Counter Hours 
Planners are available at the counter Monday-Friday 8-9 a.m. or by appointment.
