The City anticipates that the remaining Landscaping/Plantings will occur sometime in mid-October due to seasonally appropriate planting requirements. There may be periods of inactivity while awaiting this installation. In addition, crews plan to be working on the MLT trail bollard, non-conductive fence adjacent to the PUD substation, some remaining signs on back order, extra work requests by the City and pedestrian railings (subcontractor scheduling/coordination dependent which is rather difficult this time of year in the height of the construction season) working toward completion of remaining contract items and the punchlist. Note, there may be some intermittent traffic impacts during the planting operation along 212th St SW from 61st PL W through 63rd Ave W where traffic may be directed through the work zone by flaggers.
